We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help us strengthen our sales and customer success infrastructure, optimize revenue performance, and provide strategic insights that support our next stage of growth. This is a great role for someone with deep Salesforce expertise, a strong grasp of B2B SaaS revenue cycles, and a passion for building systems that make scale possible. This role is based onsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in aligning our tools, data, and processes across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance. You'll manage and evolve our Salesforce environment, build dashboards and forecasting tools, and ensure our GTM teams are supported with the insights and workflows they need to succeed. You'll be responsible for optimizing the full revenue lifecycle-from pre-sales to renewal-and ensuring every system, process, and touchpoint works in service of scalable growth. You'll lead the documentation and refinement of workflows, train users on new tools and processes, and support automation efforts that free up our teams to focus on impact. You'll also be a key partner to leadership, offering visibility into the full revenue funnel and helping identify opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and customer value across the journey. Build and maintain a high-performing Salesforce instance that reflects and supports our GTM motion Cross-Functional Alignment
Ensure Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance operate from a single source of truth Clear Insights
Deliver dashboards, forecasts, and reporting that drive action and inform decisions Revenue Efficiency
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement process or tool improvements Data Hygiene & Governance
Improve CRM integrity and system usability through audits, training, and documentation Workflow Optimization
Document and evolve processes across revenue teams to support strategic goals Key Responsibilities Own and administer Salesforce, including system architecture, automation (with tools like Flow Builder), workflows, and reporting Build and maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, and KPI reports across the revenue org Partner with GTM leaders to align processes across the full funnel-from lead generation to renewal Design, document, and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and support scale Implement and integrate tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, Clari, or others that support pipeline health and performance Drive regular reporting and analysis for pipeline reviews, board materials, and business planning Provide training and change management support for system upgrades and process rollouts Support strategic initiatives like territory planning, comp modeling, and GTM experimentation Collaborate with vendors or experts when needed to complete larger technical projects What You Bring Experience 47 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM Ops role Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning), including architecture, automation, and integrations Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management Experience supporting Sales, CS, and Marketing stakeholders across a scaling org Familiarity with tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, Clari, or similar Experience designing and managing cross-functional systems or process projects Skills High proficiency in Salesforce admin and workflow automation (especially Flow Builder) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insight and action Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong project management and documentation capabilities Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical levels of work Preferred Experience with RevOps in a high-growth SaaS environment Familiarity with automation tools like MS PowerAutomate Experience with subscription billing tools and financial system integrations Ability to model comp plans, territories, or lead routing logic How You Work Curiosity
