Responsibilities The OHH Vendor Performance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring all third-party vendors, to include solutions and services, for contracted service level agreement performance. They will oversee all onboarding or termination of vendors in accordance with our compliance programs and the master service agreement with the vendor, and create insights of all performance metrics to ensure all agreed-upon metrics are being achieved. The Vendor Performance Analyst will create action plans with key stakeholders from Oklahoma Heart Hospital and the vendor to target any area off track. They will conduct working groups and present findings to key leaders in the organization, and see system and workflow fixes through to completion to ensure all vendors have the appropriate resources to fulfill their contractual obligations. The Analyst will work directly with stakeholders to assist in workflow optimization for inventory management; they will use industry best practice to facilitate faster and complete payments on insurance or self-pay receivables. They will provide data to management for high-impact issues and participate in payer calls as required. Finally, the Analyst will conduct quality audits on vendor staff and provide action plans for improvement on resolution and cash enhancement. They will collaborate with Managers, SuperUsers, and the Revenue Cycle Trainer to effectively impact team and metric performance at a user level.
Oversee all third party contract terms, pricing, and valuation, and conduct annual ROI review to support rate renegotiations based on performance and prevailing industry rates.
Creates thorough onboarding project plans to ensure seamless and timely vendor integration. Works with IT resources to clearly communicate vendor requirements and prioritizations of other efforts.
Conducts policy reconciliation with each vendor to align practices with OHH compliance requirements.
Understand and evaluate all service level agreements for each scope of work, down to a user level.
Qualifications Education:
Associates degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance, or Information Systems is preferred, or experience in lieu of education.
Experience : Minimum of three (3) years of Revenue Cycle or Vendor Management, with at least two (2) directly in Insurance Follow-Up, Denials, or Self-Pay/Bad Debt. Offshore resource management experience is strongly encouraged. Epic experience is a plus.
Working Knowledge:
Must possess a foundational knowledge of RCM best practices, contract management, compliance, and data analytics, to include Epic Analytics Catalogue, and intermediate Excel skills.
