Live Operations Liaison

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Live Operations Liaison. This individual will act as a key liaison between growers, third party live haulers, catch crews, and Farmer Focus, ensuring effective communication and the consistent application of animal welfare standards during catch operations. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate clear and professional communication among growers, live haul personnel, catch crews, and Farmer Focus. Actively monitor and guide catch crew activities, emphasizing strict adherence to animal welfare protocols. Support animal care functions and assist with technical procedures as required. Report observations and escalate concerns to appropriate stakeholders in a timely and precise manner. Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required. Possession of a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Reliable access to a personal vehicle. Commitment to completing in-house animal welfare training. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a demonstrated commitment to animal care. Work Environment:
Required to access the poultry production environment. Must be able to tolerate the varying heat, wetness, and chill of the plant and farms. Hearing and eye protective equipment is required in the production area. Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.
