Join our innovative, world-class team today! Our (FCOE) Finance Operations is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and motivated College Part-Time student to join our team. This candidate will join the Vendor Maintenance team and be responsible for the evaluation, creation, and maintenance of the vendor records. The candidate will also be involved in Vendor Maintenance projects. We are looking for someone with P2P experience, knowledge of SAP, and customer service experience. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who can embrace a continuous improvement mindset driving for efficiencies and process improvement. Please note, to be considered for this position you must be fully enrolled in a college or university with a cumulative 3.0 GPA minimum. This position will be expected to work 20-30 hours a week in our Juno Beach office. Position Overview
This position is responsible for the evaluation, creation, and maintenance of the vendor records. Employees in this role partner with business units and vendors to validate, create and change vendor records. This job involves a high volume of transactions and needs to be able to process quickly and accurately to keep up with business demands. This candidate needs to be comfortable with speaking to vendors and internal customers regularly always keeping a customer service mindset. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform call-backs to vendors to validate bank information changes Processing a high volume of requests for creating and changing vendor records through the Vendor Portal. Participates in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and project initiatives Completes user testing to ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of Vendor Maintenance enhancements Maintains Vendor Maintenance management and reporting systems (Vendor Portal, Jira Service Desk, Power BI) Writes and maintains Vendor Maintenance desktop procedures and manuals Provides training related to Vendor Maintenance Performs other job-related duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications
