Relief Staff For Grit Program
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals navigating recovery? MHA's GRIT program is looking for dedicated, compassionate Relief Staff to join our team on a per diem basis. GRIT is a Residential Rehabilitation Services program designed to support adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health diagnoses as they work toward long-term recovery. As a Relief Staff member, you will: Provide direct support and supervision to residents in a welcoming, recovery-focused environment. Assist residents in achieving personal recovery goals through person-driven, structured programming. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, clinicians, prescribers, and recovery staff. Help promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere within our GRIT residences.
