Job Summary We are leading the charge in redefining how Digital delivers support across Mass General Brigham. Our team is building smarter, more intuitive service experiencesmaking it easier for staff to get help when and where they need it. By combining proven IT Service Management practices with cutting-edge AI tools like Moveworks and Avaamo, we're on track to boost self-service success from 30% to 70%. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions Delivery, this position will support a variety of service delivery transformation initiatives across MGB's Digital organization. The Project Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the Digital organization to assess the current knowledge management landscape, assist in defining strategic frameworks, and support the implementation of industry best practices such as KCS and ITIL. In addition to these responsibilities, the analyst will play a critical role in project performance tracking by analyzing data, preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations; and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency. This role will also assist with documentation, scheduling, and status reporting, while tracking KPIs, and timelines to support project managers. A key focus of this role will initially be supporting the development and implementation of a knowledge management governance structure. Longer term, supporting ongoing operations of a knowledge management governance structure to advance our evolving Service Delivery goals. Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow and Moveworks is highly beneficial, as these tools are central to enhancing knowledge accessibility and empowering employees through self-service solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and contributing across a dynamic and evolving digital environment. Responsible for managing and optimizing digital and information systems projects. This role involves analyzing project requirements, collaborating with healthcare professionals and IT teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required MGB can review and consider experience in lieu of a degree Experience working in information technology 1-2 years required Skills for Success Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools. Solid data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
