Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming and outgoing products Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
