The Global Protein growth segment includes the Meat and Dairy segments across Amcor Flexibles with combined sales of $1.7b annually and 40 locations serving these categories. Protein is a focus segment for Amcor, and the creation of the global segment is to drive collaboration, best practice sharing, and leveraging of capacity and capabilities globally to drive growth. This role would be the key Finance business partner to the Global Protein leadership team (including the VP/GM of Global Protein) and would support their strategic initiatives and decision making through insights and analysis. The role would also be responsible for leading all periodic reporting on the global segment including sales, volume, and profitability analysis. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, ability to develop new processes, and ability to collaborate with and influence across the organization. What You Get To Do
Reporting and Analysis Lead all activities around monthly and quarterly reporting, including Analysis of monthly sales, organic sales growth and volume performance vs forecast, Plan and PY Global segment profitability / memo P&L's Formal QBR's Standardize reporting processes and metrics globally, in partnership with Corporate FP&A and Global Flexibles Finance VP Standardize equipment lease deals metrics and structure Run approval processes internally following the Delegation of Authority Business Partnership Be the key Finance business partner to the VP's and Directors leading the Global segment, proving insights to support decision making Lead intercompany pricing analysis and recommendations to the business, in partnership with BG Finance teams Develop memo P&L's to understand global segment profitability Support Global strategy development, including financial proforma projections Capex ROI assessment for investments supporting global growth What We Value

The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $145,400 to $181,800; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $145,400 to $218,200 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
