We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to support our product and engineering organizations to ensure successful delivery of our company OKRs, organization OKRs, and roadmap items. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that span across multiple departments. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management tools to monitor project performance and progress. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in technical project management. 2+ years of experience in project management tools such as Jira. Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Cultural Fit
