Job Summary

The position of Office Manager is a full-time position that will provide administrative support for executive leadership and prove to be instrumental in providing support to our clients and their families, in an IOP/PHP clinical setting. Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned. Responsible for responding to all incoming calls for the Clinic. This position may be responsible for providing information to families and referral sources about our services. Participate in team meetings as necessary. Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours. Handling and ordering all supplies needed for the office. Handling all outgoing mail and the postage account. Assist in the facilitation of program events. Assist with new employee orientation. Responsible for administration of client outcomes. Responsible for maintaining the clinic IT inventory and will work with HR Support to ensure laptops are available for new staff and received back from departing staff. The Office Manager will serve as the main point of contact for Support IT for any site-specific issues. Acts as Safety Officer for the clinic Other duties that in are in alignment with the position assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications

The Office Manager should have at least three years of administrative experience and a solid working knowledge of computer systems. A bachelor's degree in the field of business is preferred but not required. Multi language speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Well organized and detail oriented Committed to accurate and timely completion of work Skill with Microsoft Office products. Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications. Ability to develop efficient processes. Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion. Benefits
