US Senior Marketing Manager, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead U.S. marketing efforts for our Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving commercial excellence, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to ensure strong market presence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Analyze the market landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Supervise competitive landscape and identify ways to maintain and grow market share.
Develop and complete annual strategic assessment (ASR) and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Handle the Order to Cash process, ensuring seamless coordination with supply chain and finance teams.
Provide forecast and inventory inputs to ensure accurate demand planning and product availability.
Collaborate with the PRS Customer Success Navigators, Field Sales Team, Medical Science Liaisons, and other business leaders to support strategic customer initiatives.
Partner with National Accounts to align on contract strategy, transactional account pricing and to communicate the value of P4HB in the PRS market.
Support reimbursement strategy development and communication to ensure market access.
Adapt and communicate the value story to resonate with U.S. collaborators and customers, in partnership with the Associate Director of Global Marketing.
Lead campaign planning, execution, and supervising across multiple channels to drive awareness and adoption.
Partner with internal Marketing Communications team and external creative agencies to provide proactive and reactive driven messaging and tools to maintain a differentiated market position.
Plan and complete presence at national and regional tradeshows, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
Lead customer communication strategies, including digital, print, and in-person touchpoints.
Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) initiatives and customer service evaluations to improve happiness.
Design and deliver commercial team training programs, including planning and driving PRS National Sales Meeting content, to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.
Lead internal and external digital app and website content to support field team effectiveness and customer engagement.
Actively encourage and support a positive culture within the PRS team and the Surgery business segment.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) on established cadence, to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI; providing actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Coordinate and be responsible for the U.S. Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with internal partners.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device commercial role, preferably in a surgical specialty or plastic & reconstructive surgery.
Consistent track record in sales, strategic marketing, and/or campaign execution.
Leadership in cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with tools such as IQMS, ShowPad, and CRM platforms a plus.
Travel Up to 20% domestic travel required for customer visits, tradeshows, and team meetings.
