Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Bar Supervisors to join our team! We're searching for candidates who can: Responsible for managing the bar staff. This includes scheduling shifts, training bartenders, training barbacks, training bussers, and ensuring all team members adhere to the bar's policies and procedures. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and resolve any conflicts that arise within the team. Oversee the bar's inventory by ordering supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials. This involves tracking stock levels, minimizing waste, and often managing the budget allocated for these items. Ensuring that guests have a positive experience is a top priority. Handle guest complaints, accommodate special requests, and ensure that beverages and food are prepared and served to the establishment's standards. Maintain a clean and safe bar environment by enforcing hygiene protocols among staff. Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws, such as age verification and licensing regulations. Manage financial tasks, including handling cash, processing payments, and reconciling sales at the end of shifts. Aid in oversight of the bar's budget and ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead and motivate the bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Consistently recognize achievements, organize team-building activities, and address morale areas of opportunity.
