Order Management Specialist
Nova Biomedical is hiring an Order Management Specialist on the Glucose Contracts team at our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA Facility. The hours are on-site Monday-Friday 9:30 A.M - 6:00 P.M. This position will be responsible for supporting glucose contract customers. Processing and managing customer orders and returns (RMAs) providing delivery dates, issuing credit requests, and creating new customer accounts. Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information. Responsibilities include: Support Nova Biomedical's glucose customers Communicate with customers via phone and email Have a customer-centric mindset and see situations from the customer's point-of-view Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals Process orders received via email and EDI in SAP Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information Process credit cards Satisfy customer requests for price quotations Create new customer accounts in SAP Resolve customer issues Qualifications: Excellent communications skills are a must Fluency in English Computer literacy Knowledge of Microsoft product suite Previous SAP experience preferred Education/Experience: High school diploma 2-3 years of related office or customer service experience At Nova Biomedical, we practice our core values of mutual respect, honesty, and integrity throughout the company.
