As a Wendy's Wonderful Kids Recruiter, you will be primarily responsible for effectively developing the recruitment planning and activities to generate a pool of culturally diverse resource families to serve vulnerable children referred to the Wendy's Wonderful Kids Program. This individual is also responsible for developing recruitment plans that are unique to each child being served in the program. The ultimate goal of the Recruiter is to ensure permanency for the children in the program. Qualifications: Req15231
