Project Manager
The Project Manager will: Develop and manage the timeline for each phase of the project, ensuring alignment with established deadlines. Lead contract negotiations with architects, vendors, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Oversee the acquisition of building permits and licenses, and coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites. Track construction progress, evaluating workforce productivity and adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Facilitate regular project meetings with Superintendents and Subcontractors to assess quality standards, safety protocols, schedule milestones, submittal status, and material logistics-ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope. Strategically review and adjust project schedules to align personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance with budget constraints and delivery timelines. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Clients to promote teamwork, professionalism, and a unified project vision.
