Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of 813 Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development. This role includes both leadership and hands-on responsibilities, including: Overseeing daily operations and performance of assigned Service Professionals Conducting quality checks and evaluating service delivery Coaching, training, and mentoring team members Performing vehicle inspections and promoting safe driving practices Creating and driving a culture of safety and accountability Utilizing SMART technology effectively Leading regular team meetings and weekly one-on-ones Collaborating with other departments to deliver effective training, including field-based coaching Assisting with hiring and onboarding new team members Responding to customer needs promptly and professionally Coordinating with the Communication Center to ensure smooth service transitions Completing and reviewing paperwork accurately and on time Reviewing and approving timecards and PTO requests daily Analyzing reports from Azuga, and PestPac to drive performance Optimizing daily routes and visiting high-priority accounts as needed Maintaining open, respectful communication with the Branch Manager, team members, and customers Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control or a supervisory/managerial role Valid driver's license with a strong driving record State-issued pest control licenses/certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days) High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Attention to detail Ability to read, write, and comprehend English Working knowledge and proficient in SMART system and services Knowledge and ability to service all residential pest services Cross trained on all services including commercial LeadNow and Sales working knowledge Experience in training new Service Professionals All required Peachtree U courses completed If you're passionate about leading others and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!
