Job Overview The Associate Product Developer (P.D.) is responsible for assisting in the entire development process from 1st proto to bulk production-ready status. This involves gathering data & analytics from the US and PCC teams to develop and maintain reports that track the development, approvals, and production-ready status of all styles of the designated product line. How You Will Make An Impact: Concept Development & SMS Responsible for development of styles assigned by Sr Product Developer Build & maintain the development tracker & database. Monitor proto & SMS to calendar adherence. Assist in building, maintaining & posting BOM, art & comment sheets to PCC. Communication with the PCC & cross functional team on any discrepancies and update the PD tracker. Log, organize & manage sample library as protos are received from vendor. Support PD to approve proto adherence to Tech pack. Assist in live fittings & meetings w/ cross functional partners by taking photos & documenting clear notes & action items. Support Sr Product Developer on special projects tracker, gather metrics & update presentation slides or reports. Use calendar as a tool to set timelines & prioritize work. Update work in progress (WIP), maintain tracking and all PD-related record keeping, data input, and in/out parcel coordination for the team. (Data entry) Log, organize & manage sample library as protos are received from vendor. KPI data entry and reporting on a weekly basis. Ensure samples are on hand for key meetings. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. What You Bring To The Team: Bachelor's degree in Product Development or related field 1-3+ current years of experience in the apparel industry or internship experience in fashion industry with knowledge of garment development. A team player with a good attitude, strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and punctual in meeting deadlines. Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of urgency and intuitive sense of priorities and accuracy. Basic knowledge in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Pattern software and MS Office applications. 3D software experience is a plus.
