We are seeking full-time professionals to join a global bank's first-line supervision team for an engagement running through June 2024, with the potential for extension. These are on-site roles requiring candidates to work 4 days per week in the New York or Charlotte office. There is remote flexibility for strong candidates with Volcker experience. Key Responsibilities: Review manual and automated surveillance processes to ensure compliance with Volcker Rules. Perform supervisory tasks to maintain adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. Conduct detailed testing and reviews of trade surveillance activities. Collaborate with the first-line team to identify and address compliance gaps, enhancing the bank's compliance framework. Qualifications: Strong knowledge and experience with Volcker Rules. Expertise in audit or compliance testing, preferably in trading or markets functions. Ideal background includes:
Supervisor at a trading desk overseeing Volcker compliance. Compliance officer with trade surveillance experience, including Volcker. Auditor specializing in Volcker reviews and markets audits.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. These roles are ideal for professionals at the Manager level who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
