As our next On-Site Supervisor, you're on your way to the open road and traveling the trails! As an On-Site Supervisor, you'll keep communities informed about the trees and power lines, while ensuring safe delivery of their power and pursuing opportunities to develop sustainable habitat throughout the utility right-of-way. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Coordinate daily activities of Consulting Utility Foresters (CUFs) Train, supervise, and audit CUFs Ability to perform project management functions with different aspects of the vegetation management programs Main point of contact for the utility to address production, quality, or overall performance of field staff Serve as a liaison between clients, tree crews, and client customers Track KPI's Service truck and equipment. Keep trucks and other assigned equipment in a neat and orderly fashion. Report the need for equipment and truck repairs to the supervisor Coaching all Lytx and Geotab events Developing incident reports Perform job behavioral observations to ensure safe work practices are followed Coordinate with field staff to assist in professional development Weekly timesheet collection, revision, and submission Interview candidates for new positions Assist with storm work recovery Perform other related duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in forestry or related field and/or experience in utility line clearance Species identification skills and invasive species knowledge, plus knowledge of tree growth rates Ability to obtain ISA Arborist Certification within 12 months upon job offer Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills a priority Ability to travel and work in rugged terrain and inclement weather Proficient in map navigation skills Experience with Microsoft Office and data collection software (GIS experience a plus) Overnight travel required
