The EDD is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Enterprise Desktop Support Specialist (IT Specialist I) to join our dynamic Information Technology Branch (ITB). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving technical challenges while supporting end-users, this is the opportunity for you! As a key member of the Enterprise Desktop Support Unit, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the department's desktop infrastructure. This position offers valuable hands-on experience, exposure to a wide range of technologies, and frequent collaboration with managers and staff across the department.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change as business needs arise. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office on their assigned in-office days. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
