Job Summary
W e are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing a wide range of products, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and hands-on experience with assembly tools and techniques.
Job Description
Assemble components across all product lines using appropriate tools and fixtures. Test assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during assembly or testing. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Identify mechanical and electrical components and apply rework techniques as needed. Use a variety of hand tools, measurement instruments, and assembly equipment. Understand and apply principles of mechanical dimensioning and tolerancing. Accurately create and maintain labor records for all work transactions. Support and contribute to continuous improvement using Manufacturing System tools and guiding principles. Skills Required
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding mechanical tolerances. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement. Education
High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements
Sched ule: M-F 5:00am-1:30pm
