Administrative Assistant 2 | University Hospital

Provides supportive and administrative services necessary for the Ambulatory Surgery unit operations at The Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University Perioperative Services, so that optimal quality care can be delivered. Works under the supervision of the Ambulatory Surgery Unit Nurse manager and performs essential non-clinical administrative functions on one or more units; performs fiscal management, inventory/stock control, documentation, charge entry, and record keeping, serving as a liaison with other departments as well as performing general clerical tasks. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
