Sr. Technical Project Manager, Cardiology Sales Strategy

Partner with global teams to identify and mitigate business continuity risks across end-to-end business processes, with the goal to assure business continuity, while optimizing process, technology, resources, and maintaining a strong control environment. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Arden Hills, MN office at least 3 days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Responsible for driving execution of cross-functional business initiatives through the Magellan program. Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and resources across workstreams. Act as a liaison and influencer, helping to resolve differences between stakeholders, drive consensus, and support problem-solving to remove roadblocks. Deliver regular updates and presentations to executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team members, summarizing milestones, risks, and decisions. Required qualifications: BS/BA Degree in Business, Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience. 7+ years technical professional or operational experience in medical device field required. 5+ years of project or program management skills. Working knowledge of SAP systems and SAP implementation. Build strategic partnerships to gain further alignment of program goals and outcomes. Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
