We're hiring a Technical Integrations Specialist to help expand our ecosystem of third-party integrations and ensure seamless, scalable data flows that power our platform and our customers. As a Technical Integrations Specialist, you'll take ownership of building, managing, and optimizing integrations between Radix's data platform and the multifamily systems our clients rely on. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering reliable data connectivity and supporting internal and external teams with real-time, actionable data. You may also contribute to customer-facing solutioning conversations, offering technical insight that ensures our integrations meet client needs and drive long-term value. This role is based onsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office. Key Outcomes: Reliable Integrations

Build and maintain high-quality integrations between Radix and third-party multifamily platforms, ensuring stable and timely data flows. Data Accuracy & Uptime

Own the integrity of incoming and outgoing data by monitoring, validating, and proactively resolving integration issues. Scalable Architecture

Evolve our integration infrastructure to support additional platforms, partners, and increasing data complexity. Frictionless Onboarding

Support customer onboarding by leading technical setup and data mapping for integration success. Cross-Functional Enablement

Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver value quickly. Customer-Facing Solutioning

Contribute to solutioning conversations with customers by offering integration expertise that supports implementation plans, customization needs, and ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement API- and feed-based integrations with PMS and operational platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, ResMan, and others) Own the full lifecycle of integrationsfrom discovery and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance Create and maintain technical documentation for data mappings and workflows Monitor system health, resolve integration errors, and ensure continuous data reliability Partner cross-functionally to align integration needs with product roadmap and customer goals Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support solutioning discussions where integration knowledge is needed What You Bring: Experience: 36 years in technical integration, data engineering, or platform engineering roles Experience working with or integrating into multifamily PMS platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, ResMan) Strong understanding of API-based systems and data architecture Experience in a SaaS, proptech, or data platform environment Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred Skills: Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL, and data transformation Strong hands-on ability to build, test, and troubleshoot integrations Skilled at working from API documentation and building custom logic Preferred: Familiarity with multifamily workflows such as pricing, leasing, or reporting Experience with tools like Fivetran, Airflow, or similar data pipeline platforms Exposure to startup or high-growth tech environments Personal Attributes: Curiosity
