Test Systems, where you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge test systems that drive quality, productivity, and innovation across our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. You'll be at the forefront of next-gen automationtransforming how we verify product quality during New Product Introductions (NPI) and Run-the-Plant (RTP) initiatives, while pushing boundaries in sensor technology, robotics, and smart equipment integration. USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities

Lead the specification, design, and deployment of advanced electrical, instrumentation, and test systems in manufacturing and lab environments. Serve as the go-to liaison between cross-functional teams and test platform developerstranslating system capabilities and ensuring seamless new use-case integration. Drive intelligent automation by leveraging process and product data to enable real-time quality and operational insights. Evaluate and validate sensor technologies, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality and statistical standards. Collaborate with design engineers to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Assembly (DFA), and Testability (DFT) efforts. Research, recommend, and implement the best-fit technologies to meet evolving operational needs. What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

3+ years hands on & relevant test or controls engineering experience with electrical, instrumented manufacturing equipment and processes in a large-scale manufacturing environment

Prior NPI experience: Systems integration between new products and existing equipment interfaces, with developing new interfaces as required

Successful design and deployment of electrical and computer-oriented factory equipment: including data-exchange applications, AutoID systems (barcode, RFID, etc), discrete/analog IO systems, etc

Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux), software programming concepts, and distributed architectural structures (server/client, pub/sub, security, web reporting)

Creative problem-solver with vision for practical, scalable test solutions

Curious, self-motivated, and proactive in exploring beyond assigned scope

Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across instrumentation types (electrical, fluid, visual)

Experience managing full lifecycle of equipment projects: specs, suppliers, reviews, install, and qualification

Skilled in detailed planning, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination

Effective communicator, able to present updates and train others on electrical standards

Comfortable working across all organizational levels, including floor teams and leadership

Demonstrated ownership of deliverables and decision-making in the company's best interest

Willingness to travel for deployment support at satellite locations

Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and Test-Driven Development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications: M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Six Sigma Certification

SQL database knowledge and data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, Jupyter, R)

Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical

Exposure to machine learning, deep learning, or AI-powered vision systems

Networking knowledge (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, VLANs, MQTT, OPC-UA, VPN, Wireshark)

Experience deploying virtualized or container-based environments (VMs, Docker, etc.)

Familiarity with data encoding formats like JSON, XML, Protobuf
