The Program Manager will be responsible for: Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, tooling, production, and quality at multiple manufacturing sites to deliver on fast-paced customer programs Serving as the technical point of contact for key customers, translating needs into action plans and ensuring flawless execution Overseeing mold builds, sampling, and part approvals-owning every detail to ensure projects meet spec, schedule, and budget Tackling problems before they escalate-whether it's material selection, tooling challenges, or production delays Driving clear, proactive communication between internal stakeholders and external partners to keep programs aligned and moving Identifying cost-saving opportunities, streamlining lead times, and continuously optimizing processes without compromising quality Ensuring all parts meet tight quality and regulatory requirements before hitting the floor-or the customer MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The successful Program Manager will have a background that follows: Bachelor's degree in Engineering

(Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, or similar preferred) Strong understanding of

mold design, part tolerances, materials , and manufacturing best practices Proven experience working

cross-functionally

with engineering, tooling, production, and quality teams Demonstrated ability to

lead projects across multiple sites , vendors, or customers Comfortable being the

technical liaison with customers , translating product needs into manufacturing plans Background in

DFM, mold trials, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and part approval

processes Familiarity with

cost reduction, process optimization , and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills- able to see the big picture while managing the details What's on Offer
