Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities. Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and teams to resolve issues. Monitor budgets, track costs, and assist in vendor bid reviews. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Support contract management and material procurement. Promote safety and risk management throughout the project. Collaborate with Project Managers on execution and deliverables. 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor Preferred understanding of CM at Risk work and experience working with the NC State Construction Office Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, Autodesk, CMiC, etc.) Excellent communication skills Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere Business & financial acumen What's on Offer
