Job Title: Packaging In Production
Project Duration: 2 months (potential extension) Location: Santa Cruz, CA We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to produce and pack nutritional gummies products. This role involves following written instructions, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, and operating equipment safely and efficiently. As a Production Worker, you will work in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines, identifying potential defects in products and bringing attention to any issues. Schedules available: Monday- Friday 6am- 2:30pm ($17.50/hr) Monday- Friday 2pm- 10:30pm ($18/hr) Monday- Friday 10pm- 6:30am ($18.50/hr) Responsibilities
Produce and pack products to specification. Understand and follow recipes and written instructions. Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Work in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. Identify potential defects in products and report issues. Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned. Essential Skills
Experience in production, packaging, and general labor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of inspection and packing processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe food handling. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work in various departments and change roles as needed. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
