About the role Roku is looking for a skilled Director of FP&A to lead Rokus Supply Chain finance team. This role will serve as a trusted business partner to Rokus VP of Operations, providing end-to-end FP&A leadership and support to the organization responsible for distributing Rokus consumer facing products.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who possess exceptional problem-solving skills, heavy experience in leading a supply chain finance team, who is comfortable with ambiguity, and demonstrates a relentless bias towards action. The individual will excel at developing strong business partnerships and be able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Devices FP&A, this role will lead a distributed team across Austin and San Jose, working out of Rokus San Jose, California office.

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $261,800 and $315,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What you'll be doing

Lead all day-to-day business partnering and FP&A support activities for Operations; business partner with stakeholders to accurately forecast Devices COGS & Opex

Develop and maintain annual budget and long-range plan models and scenario analyses; update/maintain as necessary to support ongoing forecast deliverables

Work closely with business teams to translate strategic initiatives into a multi-year operating financial roadmap. Influence decision-making by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights aligned with business objectives

Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities, create process efficiencies, and evaluate and recommend strategies to optimize the supply chain

Develop robust process and scorecards to provide visibility to overall financial performance on Operations initiatives; drive rigorous, standardized, and transparent financial reporting to monitor key drivers and trends (e.g. scrap, freight, lead times, E&O, Inventory, etc.)

Work with Logistics, Sales Ops, Accounting and GTM FP&A to improve Inventory Management and reduce E&O exposure

Analyze and monitor forecast inputs against targets; proactively identify both risks and opportunities

Serve as a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions. Identify and implement solutions to optimize finance processes for speed, agility and insight

We're excited if you have

BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; MBA from top-tier business school preferred

12+ years of FP&A experience supporting operations/supply chain organizations at a hardware company, including 5+ years of leading a high performing supply chain finance team; with a background in both scaling supply chains at hyper growth companies and at mass production at large at-scale companies

Deep experience in manufacturing cost accounting

Exceptional communicator with ability to present concepts, recommendations and analyses to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner

Equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and 1 foot. You dont hesitate to get in the weeds and work at the lowest level of detail, but youre just as comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a team. No job is too small

Superior analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and data; ability to apply in order to influence and drive effective decision making

Strong problem structuring skills with a proficiency in hypothesis-based problem solving

Excels in relationship building across the organization

Ability to navigate a complex & matrixed corporate environment while juggling multiple responsibilities. A positive, can-do attitude & collaborative mindset is essential

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
