As a member of the RMS C6ISR Electronic, Cyber and Information Warfare (ECIW) Business Development team this individual will support our market segment growth objectives consistent with our Information Warfare market strategies. This individual will interface with customers primarily in the Intelligence Community and DoD. The focus of this position is on customer engagement (establishing and executing contact plans, conducting customer workshops and demonstrations, and understanding customer requirements), keeping current business sold, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities consistent with our growth strategies, responding to proposals and closing on new business orders. This individual will be responsible for supporting the growth of our annual orders and sales with specific focus on the Intelligence Community and DoD. Provide conference and trade show leadership as the representative of the RMS C6ISR BD Organization. This will entail collaboration and working with Lockheed Martin Communications, Washington Operations, Corporate Business Development, Corporate Strategic Development, Corporate CTO, Corporate Treasury and others as required. Establishing and executing win and growth strategies and investment plans. New Business Funds / Opportunity Hub Management support in development of Integrated Resource Planning, Long Range Planning, and Strategic Financial Model activities. Position is located at King of Prussia, PA / Northern Virginia, VA / Washington D.C. Previous Industry or Government Business Development/Program Management/New Business Capture/Acquisition experience / One LM Mindset in looking across LM to provide differentiated, Innovative solutions. Experience working in information warfare areas that includes Counter C5ISR-T, Electronic warfare and/or Cyber. Understanding of U.S. Military Policy and associated Strategy. Desired Skills: TS/SCI / CI Poly (Preferred). Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
