Description
Business Title: - PCCD Anti-Gun Violence Program Supervisor
Job Purpose: - Oversee and manage the PCCD (Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency) funded anti-gun violence program at Northeast Treatment Center.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement program strategies to reduce gun violence. - Manage program budget and ensure compliance with PCCD guidelines. - Supervise program staff and volunteers. - Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders. - Collect and analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness. - Prepare reports for PCCD and other stakeholders. - Ensure program activities align with Northeast Treatment Center's mission.
Qualifications
Required Education: - Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, public health, or a related field.
Required Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or supervision. - Experience working with at-risk youth or in community outreach programs. - Experience with anti-gun violence initiatives or related social programs.
Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop and implement program plans and budgets. - Knowledge of community resources and social services. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
