Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Type: Full-Time, Outpatient
Experience : Experienced physicians only (no new grads)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic and expanding primary care group with locations throughout Florida. This outpatient practice focuses on providing high-quality care, primarily for geriatric patients. Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is required. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly geriatric patient population.
- Patient Load : 20-22 patients daily.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends or late hours).
- Optional call for additional compensation.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active Florida Medical License required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is essential.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary : Mid-$200,000 range, negotiable, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
