Radiology - Breast Physician

We're looking for a Board Certified Breast Radiologist to provide dedicated remote coverage for our breast imaging services. This ongoing opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call responsibilities, focusing on comprehensive breast imaging interpretations.

Start Date: October 1, 2025 - Ongoing

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).

• Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Radiology.
• Fellowship: Must have completed a Breast Imaging Fellowship .
• Certifications: Possess active MQSA certification and be actively reading breast imaging studies.
• DEA Registration.
• Proficiency in interpreting a high volume of diverse breast imaging cases, including experience with Breast Biopsies and Stereotactic procedures.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, secure home office environment for remote work.

Position Details:

• Case Volume:
• Volume Expectation: 20 RVUs (Relative Value Units) per 9-hour shift.
• Annual Volume: Approximately 2,400 cases.
• Holiday Coverage: Some holiday coverage will be required.
• Procedures: Interpret all aspects of breast imaging, including:
• Mammography (screening and diagnostic)
• Ultrasound
• MRI
• Perform Breast Biopsies and Stereotactic procedures remotely (or provide oversight/interpretation for these).

• PACS/Systems: Utilize the RPCE Tech Stack .
• Voice Recognition: Powerscribe 4.0.
• Privileges: Emergency privileges are available for qualified candidates to expedite the onboarding process.
