We areseeking a Locums Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant toprovide primary care coverage in a well-established outpatient clinic locatedin Cheshire, Connecticut. This opportunity offers a standard weekday schedulewith no call requirements, in a supportive and collaborative clinicalenvironment.
AssignmentDetails:
- Setting: Outpatient - Primary Care
- Start Date: ASAP, ongoing as needed
- Shift Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Start Time: 8:00 AM
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Patient Volume: Approximately 18 patients per day
- Patient Population: Adults (18+ years) only
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine wellness visits and follow-up care
- Manage chronic and acute conditions
- Coordinate care and referrals as needed
- Document via EMR system
Requirements:
- Active Connecticut NP or PA license
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- Experience in internal medicine or adult primary care preferred
