The Indian Health Service (IHS) exists to improve the health of American Indian and Alaska Native populations. Crownpoint Healthcare Facility (CHCF), located within the Navajo Nation, serves a vital role in this mission by delivering accessible, culturally competent healthcare in a remote region.
We are actively recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to support the Fast Track unit of the Emergency Department. This unique opportunity blends emergency care with urgent and primary care responsibilities, offering a meaningful way to serve a high-need population.
If you're committed to serving where you're needed most, send your updated resume and credentialing documents. Eligible candidates will be contacted to begin the onboarding and interview process.
