• Duties: Pre-surg consults/follow ups/ear cleanings/ ear pain, etc.
• Required Procedure:
- Only Cerumen removal via suction.
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic

- Peach St. in Wisconsin Rapids
- APC Wouldn't be involved in the provider procedures.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• WI License or wiling to obtain
