Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for August 25 and October 20 & 21 at their Corporate Health clinic in Dyersburg, TN. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute episodic care and ages 12 and up for Primary Care and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 7:30am-5:30pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
