• Northern Florida
• Monday-Friday; Weekends optional
  • Shift approx. 7a-3p or 7a-5p
• Call optional
• Model: 25 CRNA; 19 MD
• Case Mix: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy
• Meditech EMR
• Requirements:
  • Must have active FL License
  • Board Certified
  • Must have BLS
  • 2 years recent on the job experience
