The facility features experienced technical staff in the clinic setting and provides collaborative care across multiple locations. Job Details:

  • Call coverage needed for specific dates: October 31st-November 4th, November 27th-December 1st, and December 19th-20th
  • Call back compensation when physically seeing patients (not for phone triage)
  • Coverage includes Stevens Point Emergency Department and occasional trips to Wausau (approximately 0-3 weekly trips)
  • Clinic patients typically seen in Stevens Point on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:00-12:00
  • Working with experienced technical staff in the clinic setting
  • Required skills include both surgical/invasive and non-surgical procedures
  • Experience with laser procedures (anterior segment, posterior segment, and YAG) required
  • Anterior segment surgical procedures required, including cataract removal experience
  • Posterior segment procedures and intra-ocular injections preferred
  • Interpretation skills for ultrasound, photos, fluorescein angiography, and optical coherence tomography preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Board eligible physicians will be considered
  • IMLC not accepted

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
