• Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
• Support Staff Available: Nurse practitioner support in outpatient settings
• Reason for Coverage: Growth and expansion of physician service lines

• Licenses: Active IN medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience: Open to all experience levels
• Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (EPIC); supportive group practice structure
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient family medicine services
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation
• Collaborate with system physicians in a collegial work environment
• Use EPIC EMR system for all clinical documentation
• Contribute to system-wide initiatives and quality improvement programs
