Accountable Healthcare Staffing
- A 25-bed, critical access hospital is seeking OBGYN Coverage due to an upcoming gap in GYN coverage.
- 120 births per year
- The OB/GYN department is somewhat small, however, they're a very skilled, tight-knit team, all committed to providing the best care to their community.
- Due to the gap in GYN coverage, the provider will need to have strong GYN skills (including caring for endometrial ablation, IUD insertion/removal, menopausal management, failed medical management, urinary Incontinence, etc.)
- The locum will be on 2nd call most (if not all) days listed below and will sometimes have days both on-call and in clinic.
- The clinic staffs with OB/GYNs, FM/OBs, and CNMs.
- CNMs take first call; the OB/GYN is usually only called in when there are complications.
