Outpatient services. Onsite lab, diagnostics, and pharmacy. - Call Ratio: 1:5 - Patient Population for Required Coverage: - Adult, Geriatric - Percentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology - Number of Physicians in Practice:7 across 2 locations - APPs Provide Coverage: 10Average Number of Outpatient Per Day:10-15 - Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day:15 - Clinical Area: Oncology Outpatient - Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Trauma - Documentation System/EMR:Epic - Procedures Required: Chemotherapy - IntrathecalChemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrplueral/PeritonealFNA/BiopsyMgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters - Administration of Chemotherapy: Physician orders. Nurse Administers - Required Participation on a Tumor Board On Call: Rotation with 6 other physicians Certifications: BLS, Board Certified, Board Eligible: Oncology OR Hematology/Oncology State Licenses: Michigan
