Locums - Breast Imaging RadiologistLocation: Santa Rosa, CaliforniaSetting: Imaging Center-based Breast Center Availability / Coverage Dates (Must Be Available All Dates Listed):
  • October 13-17 (Vacation Coverage)
  • November 24-26 (Thanksgiving Week)
  • December 22-24
  • December 29-31
Licensing & Certification Requirements: Board Certification (ABR or AOBR) - Required Active California License - Required Breast Imaging Fellowship - Highly Preferred BLS Certification - Preferred Note: Will not accept providers needing to obtain a new CA license due to credentialing timeline. Required Clinical Skills & Procedures:
  • Mammography
  • Breast MRI
  • Stereotactic Breast Biopsies
  • Ultrasound-Guided Breast Biopsies
  • MRI-Guided Breast Biopsies
Schedule & Clinical Details:
  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Type: Outpatient Breast Center
  • Support Staff: Mammography and Ultrasound Technologists
  • Number of Radiologists in Practice: 5
  • Exam Rooms: 2-3
  • EMR Systems: Powerscribe, EPIC, Hologic
  • Patient Demographic: Predominantly adult women aged 35+
Average Daily Case Volume:
  • Screening Mammograms: 41.0
  • Diagnostic Mammograms: 7.2
  • Breast MRIs: 2.1
  • Stereotactic Biopsies: 0.2
  • Ultrasound-Guided Biopsies: 1.1
  • MRI-Guided Biopsies: 0.1
  • Breast Ultrasounds: 5.2
  • Total Exams per Day: 57
