Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical Center in southern Alabama seeks an additional Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistant to join our practice. Comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance and retirement benefits included. $15k sign on bonus also offered. Experience with vein harvesting and surgical first assisting is required. Responsibilities include assisting in the OR, performing vein harvesting, facilitating hospital rounds, and seeing patients in post-op clinic. Practice Highlights:

• Group consists of 6 Cardiovascular Surgeons and Physician Assistants
• daVinci robotic surgical system and Maquet EVH system available
• Call shared equally among team
• Clinic is located on medical center campus for easy access services

Robust IM Hospitalist program provides ED unassigned coverage, care for transfers, and inpatient consults.
