Gastroenterologist Northern West Virginia Hospital-Employed based practice is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join a growing team due to increasing patient demand Competitive base salary of $500,000 $600,000 (commensurate with experience), plus productivity bonuses Open to both general and advanced gastroenterologists Start with 25% advanced cases, with potential to increase to % advanced volume Three physicians and three advances practice providers (with plans to add another APP) Clinic days: average of 24 patients/day Procedure days (2 per week): average of 15 procedures/day Inpatient census: patients, including new consults APP support available during inpatient week Inpatient call: rotated weekly; during inpatient call weeks, no outpatient clinic responsibilities Outpatient call: rotated equally among physicians EPIC EMR system used in both clinic and hospital Robust benefit package is offered, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a healthy equity account, life insurance, retirement plans, student loan repayment assistance, 401K match, paid malpractice coverage, and more Population: 100,000+ in the surrounding area Located just under 2 hours south of Pittsburgh and within driving distance to other major mid-Atlantic and Midwest cities Domestic and international flights available from nearby Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., and Baltimore airports Visa sponsorship available
