Family Medicine Physician " Outpatient Role Requirements: MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Outpatient practice providing primary care to patients ages 5 and up, including basic womens health, dermatology procedures, therapeutic and joint injections, and vaccines. Must have or be eligible for a Florida medical license. Call coverage: one week in every eight. Schedule: Monday"Friday, 8:00 am"5:00 pm. Office-based care only (no hospital admissions).
