Locums - Bad Axe, Michigan OB/GYNClinical Role:
  • Full OB/GYN coverage including scheduled C-sections and sterilizations
  • Must be proficient and comfortable with all OB/GYN procedures
  • Referral fees available for qualified candidates
Availability / Shifts:
  • Current Blocks:
    • Sept 5, 7 AM - Sept 12, 7 AM
    • Sept 21, 7 AM - Sept 28, 7 AM
  • Shift: 7 AM - 7 AM (24-hour on-call)
  • Providers must be available starting September; future dates expected
  • Number of Providers Needed: 2
Requirements / Licenses / Certifications:
  • Board Certified: OB/GYN (No Board Eligible) - Required
  • State License: Michigan License & CSR at submission - Required (no IMLC accepted)
  • DEA: Verbal confirmation required at name clear
  • BLS: Required
  • Location: Provider must be local - Required
