Locum Radiologist Opening - Dover, DelawareStart Date: Immediate, upon credentialingAssignment Duration: 1 year with possible extensionSchedule:
  • Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Coverage: All weekends need coverage; minimum 2 weekends/month
  • Call: None
  • Onsite Preferred; Remote Possible (Must have own workstation)
Job Setting & Responsibilities
  • Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Volume: 300-500 cases pending per shift; 60 cross-sectional exams, plus plain films
  • Modalities: CT, MRI, X-Ray; Final Reads; Mild Trauma
  • Support Staff: None - Solo coverage
  • EMR: Epic
Licensure Requirements
  • Active Delaware License or IMLC LOQ Accepted
    • Note: Delaware CSR (Controlled Substances Registration) 4 weeks
    • DEA processing 1-2 weeks
Certifications & Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible - Required
  • Flu Vaccination - Required
  • Trauma experience helpful, but not required
  • Must be comfortable working in the ER setting

  • Remote option: Available with personal workstation
  • Reason for Need: Gap coverage; critically short for weekend day shift
