Position Title: Facility Administrator
Location: 2724 North Tenaya Way, Suite 110, Las Vegas, Nevada 89128
About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Facility Administrator with proven experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations . If you’ve led teams in high-acuity outpatient cardiac or interventional radiology settings and know what it takes to run a busy ASC, we want to hear from you.
At Optum Heart and Vascular Center, you’ll lead daily operations, ensure top-tier clinical quality, and drive sustainable growth—all within a fast-paced, physician-aligned cardiac outpatient environment.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Quality & Safety
- Lead with a patient-first mindset; ensure safety protocols and best practices are consistently applied.
- Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to align care delivery with regulatory and quality standards.
- Support HRO (High Reliability Organization) initiatives and quality benchmarks.
- Recruit, coach, and retain a strong clinical and administrative team.
- Set clear expectations, foster accountability, and build a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
- Support ongoing staff education and readiness.
- Work closely with physicians to expand service lines and drive volume.
- Support referral outreach, community awareness, and partnership opportunities.
- Align local strategy with broader regional and corporate initiatives.
- Manage daily ASC operations with attention to safety, efficiency, and experience.
- Own full P&L responsibility—budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ensure all accreditation, compliance, and documentation standards are met.
- Clinical background (RN, RT(R), RCIS) with direct leadership experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or IR.
- Prior leadership in an ASC, outpatient procedural setting, or surgical center.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and business operations in a clinical setting.
- Proven track record of building strong provider relationships and leading teams through change and growth.
Qualifications
- Active clinical license required: RN, RT(R), or RCIS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume ASC, outpatient procedural setting, or multi-site clinical environment.
- Hands-on experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology is required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage daily operations, and oversee regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in physician partnership, service line growth, and driving financial results (P&L accountability).
- Deep understanding of accreditation standards, quality metrics, and risk mitigation strategies in an outpatient surgical setting.
