About the Company

Heytea US is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our vibrant team and oversee all aspects of daily store operations.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, developing and inspiring your team, and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth processes, compliance with company standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise store staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that motivates team members to reach and exceed performance goals.
  • Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and shrinkage.
  • Financial Performance: Track and analyze store performance, sales data, and key metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Local Marketing and Promotions: Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and community engagement initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in line with local health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial reporting.
